A person or entity is awarded certain rights and remedies, upon the infringement of these rights and remedies the aggrieved party can enforce these rights via our court system. Civil litigation serves as the backbone of resolving disputes between parties. Disputes may be resolved when adjudicated by different courts, depending on the nature and monetary value of the dispute. The relief can be monetary or specific performance. These disputes may arise from contracts, personal injury claims, property disputes, lease or rental disputes, ownership disputes, employment grievances, recission of judgments and so forth.
